idea for custom 5v/7v/12v fan controller comments?

i am not sure if there is a way to do it so each switch has its own independant 5/7/12 maybe sombody knows a way
 
Some guy in the case modding forum posted a crapload of pictures of 12v, 7v, and 5v mods. Each seperated, each having its own diagram.

Look for it.
