IDE to SATA

You can also buy and IDE controller card for a PCI slot, if you have one available

Lastly, you can also just buy a new DVD drive, they can be found for around 30.00, which is almost as much as option one and two.
(I'm not recommending the specific things I linked to, just showing they are out there. I have no experience with any of them)

Last time I looked into SATA-->IDE adapters, they had problems with CD/DVD drives. But that was a couple years ago. Thing have probably been fixed, but be on the lookout for that.

I used a IDE to SATA adapter some time back and it worked perfectly with my DVD-RW drive.
