ID3 Tag editing

I'm looking for a program to edit the ID3 tags of mp3s easily. I have over 5000 songs so I can't do it by hand. The concept is simple, but I can't find a program to do this. I want to edit all the track tags in this form:

filename should be the track name
the folder it is in is the album
and the parent folder is the artist

is there any way to name them like this?

I've seen plenty of batch ID3 editing programs, but I don't think I've ever seen one that will draw tags from folder names, like you described... That would be a good programming project though

Someone else maybe, has seen such a thing?

hmm...i can't seem to figure out how to do what i wanted with either of those programs...id3 tag it can make the filename the title, but i still can't get the artist or album for the folder names

Not really a tag editor but it does sort out the ID3 tags,
