I'd like recommendations for a fan controller

Lower price is good, but I also don't want a cheaply made product. The issue I've come across is a lot of these controllers short out after a while (from what I've read in reviews) or have weird bugs that won't let fans run at 100%. Temperature viewing would be nice, but it's not necessary (I have software for that).

I was looking at these 2 for the time being and curious if anyone has these and can comment on their production value. It's hard to believe a lot of the people that post on newegg some time.
