Icon for changing resolution?

im just wondering if theres any way i can have an icon or switch of a sorts on my desktop that changes my resolution by clicking it, and if so, instructions on how to make it, btw im running the latest forceware drivers
 
If you go into display properties, click settings and then hit advanced, you should have the option somewhere in there to display an icon on your desktop.
