Ice age heatsink kills hyper6?

Theres a review of the ice age heatsink here, just by looking at it it looks like an average medium sized heatsink.
Skip to page two and this thing cools a 3.0c p4 to 35C degrees under load :eek: 2.5C degrees cooler then a hyper6 heatsink on high setting.
How's thats possible, this is a fairly small heatsink. Or did the reviewer screw up something?
Does anyone maybe have this heatsink?
