So I just got this Crossover 27Q and loaded up an ICC I found online. Looks pretty good with that but I really want to learn how to make an ICC on my own. I'm sure I seed a tool of some sort to read colors? Anyone got a nice write up handy that will show me how to do it?


Another question, apparently ICC wont stay working in games and yes I know its not important that they do. Could I use the color tool to change the color settings in CCC and have that work in ga,es? I know with AMD you can force ICC in games with powerstrip but I kinda dont like having it installed and what not. Also at some point i might switch to the green team so ICC forcing won't work on that at all.

could you please tell me how have you loaded an ICC profile ?

I dlded one from tft central and just couldn't apply it.

I'm on Win7 x64

You can reload the vcgt data stored in the profile to ensure the desired calibration target – but that doesn't lead to color space transformations based on the characterization data.
