IC7MAX3 and SP-94 compatibility?

just wondering if the thermalright SP-94 will fit on Abit's IC7MAX3?
will the OTES get in the way? thanks!:confused:

The OTES will not get in the way. Just make sure your fan clips are installed before mounting the heatsink.

She fits great on my P4P800-DLX with a powerful albeit noisy Vantec 92x92x38mm Torando.

Right now I'm running TotalTest 1.0 (Fractal generator) and Prime95 at the same time and its only at 36C! This deadly combo would easily push my 3.00GHz (OC'd right now to 3.60GHz) over 41C on a stock intel HS
