IC7 stable - but recent problem gaming

I have a 2.4c running @ 3.2GHZ. According to Prime95, it is stable. I've run P95 for up to 8 hours (I know some of you may think that is not enough time), but I feel that it is stable. Just recently, I installed Simpsons Hit and Run (fun game BTW), and I get random reboots. Any sugestions appreciated.

SYS specs:

IC7 BIOS: 2.0
VCORE: 1.6V
DDR Voltage: 2.8V

Memory timings:
2.5

I am running an ATI 9800 XT (not overclocked) with catalyst 3.10. All other info is in my signature. Are there any other BIOS settings that can help stop the reboots. I have only played a handfull of other games, with no problems. And YES, it is a legitimate copy of S-H&R.

I think I already know the answer to this question: Running WinXP, IRQ 16 is holding my 9800XT and the IC7's USB Host Controllers (24D2 & 24DE). With ACPI, there should be no problem with that resource share, right?

I have an Antec True Power 430 power supply, and notice a small drop in the 12v rail. But, that seems to be quite common. How about having the 9800XT on the same power line as two hard drives and some fans. Has anyone found proof that isolating your 9700, 9800 on its seperate power lead is beneficial?

Just grabbing at straws here

I have the same IRQ sharing and no problems.

Run the game at normal 2.4ghz and see if it still occurs.

its amazing how people aways overlook that suggestion. if your shit is overclocked and your computer isnt working 100% then please go set everything back to defaults and try it before seeking help..

Also I wouldn't consider an HT CPU prime95 stable unless you are running two instances, one for each logical CPU. Your situation is kinda pointing towards internal case heating from the video card pushing your marginal OC over the edge. Could also be a saggy 12V rail on the PSU.

If it's dropping a little bit, you might be okay. You COULD isolate the XT. I've never heard that leaving it on it's own line was beneficial, but it couldn't be harmful
