When installing windows, do I use the Intel SATA driver for SATA slot 1 and 2? It gives me a whole bunch of options, of diffrent drivers to install, but I don't know which one to use. I would assume the Intel, since SATA 1 and 2 are controlled by the south bridge, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

theres a sata floppy that came with the mobo and i beleive there are RAID drivers on the mobo cd. other than that, im not sure. havent got any sata drives to test out the floppy yet. sorry.

but if your using blank drives, then it wouldnt hurt to try intel, and if that doesnt work you can probally switch later. not sure ;x

somebody help on this cause ill probally need the same thing in a week

I did use the disk that came with the mobo, but it gives you several diffrent drivers. Also, which SATA slot do you get the best performance out of? I just selected 1 and 2, I have no idea. :/
