I think I am about to buy a pre-built system from them. Good idea? Are they trustworthy? Thanks!
 
Check resellerratings.com and read up on that company before you buy. They also list reviews from buyers so it should give you a pretty good idea on how good the company is.
 
My roommate bought a system from ibuypower.com last year, he didn't have any problems, other than that I can't say. As mentioned before you should always research a company before making a major purchase from them :p
