i865 or i875?

im looking to budget upgrade my old 1.6@2.4 to a 2.4c@3.4(i hope) ... can anyone comment on whether i should go with a 865 or 875 chipset for the best overall OC result? im leaning towards i865 since this is a budget upgrade and i can get a P4P800 for under $100 ...
