i7 motherboard for overclocking

I am looking into building a i7 rig and would like to be able to try out a bit of overclocking. I have never oc'd before.

My question is what motherboards I should look into, can I see somehow if a motherboard has overclocking capabilities or will just any expensive motherboard do? :eek:

I'm not looking into a huge overclock, just the best bang for the buck.

Tom's sucks. Refer to the numerous [H] reviews for X58 boards. They are much more rich and informed when it comes to motherboards. You can't go wrong with any of the GOLD boards recommended here.
