i7 920 vs i7 2600

Is it worth the upgrade? I currently have a 920 w/ Asus P6T MB and would using an Asus P8Z77-V if I got the 2600. I game some and I'm looking to decrease my boot time. Would I be better just buying a SSD or rebuilding starting with the parts listed.

depends what you are doing really but most folks X58 is still more than ample

get the SSD...best upgrade ever

SSD hands down. This from someone who has had a i7 950, i7 2500k, i7 2600k, i5 3450, and a i7 3930k.

SSD is the MOST bang for buck you can get
