Trying to oc my i7 920. Have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R rev1,0 motherboard. I currently have my cpu at 1.30 vcore and 160bclk for 3200mhz. Ran about 5 hours of prime on blend without any errors. My cpu is a D0 stepping.

I wanted to try and get it to 3600. I noticed my temps are 65-70c right now. I have an H50 corsair cooler.

What voltages should I play with? Can you guys give me any tips on what should I change to get to 3600mhz?

Oh one other thing. For my vcore cpu voltage I have it at 1.30 in the bios but for some reason in CPUZ it's showing 1.248 and drops as low as 1.232.

Why is CPUZ reporting that low of a vcore? Should I enable load line calibration on my motherboard? I have level 1 and level 2. Right now I am not using that, it's set to standard (Intel spec). I just do not know why CPUZ is reporting that low of voltage.

Most 920 cpu's will get to 3.6 with no adjustments to anything other than bclk. If you do set the vcore, you can go much lower than 1.3. The drop in voltage that you are seeing is normal.
 
Post your bios setting. I'm sure you can find a template online. This will help a lot. You might even be able to hit 3.6 GHz with a lower core than 1.3
