I am going to build an i7 920 rig soon, and I need a little help before doing my first ever overclock. I know that there are mant other threads like this out there, but I really need this help. I am hoping to acheive a 4Ghz overclock, using the h50 cooler. I will be using this motherboard and this memory.I want this chip to last 5 years. is 4Ghz for 5 years even possible?I have researched on the internet for a while and here is what i think the proper BIOS settings would be:

Speed Step = DISABLED
ALL TYPES of spread spectrum = DISABLED
Auto Disable PCI Frequency = DISABLED
V Dimm( Memory Voltage)=1.65 max
Uncore (BLCK X ULCK) = 2x Memory
Turbo Mode = DISABLED
BLCK ( Baseclock ): 200 (is this too high?)
CPU multiplier: 20 (should I use 21?)
Memory multiplier (Memory Multiplier X BLCK = Memory frequency) : 8
C-State = DISABLED
LLC (Load Line Calibration) = enabled
Intel HT(Hyper Threading) = ENABLED
Hardware Prefetcher - ENABLED
-----------------
I know that I missed all the QPI stuff. I'm going to need some clarification of that. I relly need help with CPU , VTT, QPI, IOH, NB, SB, PLL etc. voltages. Also, what does the Uncore do and what is VTT?. Is there anything that I missed?

Sorry for all the questions, but in a n00b when it comes to overclocking.
