I am setting up my new system based on an i7 920 in a Asus P6T Deluxe V2 motherboard and was wondering if there is a good overclocking guide that someone could recommend. The last time I did this all I had to worry about was setting the bus speed constant and then change the front side bus. It looks much more complicated now.

There are many guides on the subject whether it be here or via another forum. Search key works: overclock, guide, tutorial, p6t, core i7. I know your no newb at google

YouTube has a couple of very informative videos that you may want to check out.
If your looking for numbers to plug in..well thats going to be rather hard seeing every CPU is slightly different in the way it will react to overclocking. Also bare in mind that the Core i7 has multiple revisions out.

My CPU is a SLBEJ - I think that means a D0 stepping. I don't have all the parts yet, but will post my results when finished. Is there a database of overclock results somewhere?

AIR or WATER that is the question?

Water / Air / coconut leaf , they all use the same method to overclock... except water cooling gets you better temps so you can use a little higher vcore.
