Which and where to get this combo for a decent price to run Vista ultimate 64/Windows 7, Some Games (The sims 3, COD4, Crysis, etc), MS Office 07, Internet, Bucking up Blu-rays & DVDs, Compressing audio, etc. Thank you.

I would guess DDR3 1600MHz will be more enough....As for Mobo, the cheapest x58 mobo that would consider would be the Gigabyte X58-UD3R. or the ASUS P6T -SE
