i5 max safe volts?

I searched and couldn't find a conclusive answer. What are the voltages that a P55/i5 should stay under when air cooled. Vcore? VTT? PLL? PCH core? Also what is the stock vcore? 1.20v?
 
yeah, you have to be pumping some vapo to need 1.5v, (could be wrong, havent owned an I5 yet)
