i5 4670 or wait?

Thinking of getting a i5 4670 and a Z87-A Socket LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard bundle for $310 from my local microcenter. How is that motherboard? When are the new CPUs coming out? Seems like the last 4 years there has not been a dramatic improvement in processor speed. Think if I get a 4670 I will be set for 4 more years?

Also, can I reuse my ram from my previous build with the above motherboard?

Ram should be fine. If you want it to last 4 years I would get a K cpu and OC. If you aren't going to OC you don't need a Z board.
 
I should mention that it is a "K" version of the CPU above. What kind of overclock am I looking at with the above board?
 
How are you cooling it? I would expect at around 4.5 with reasonable cooling.
