Hi,

I've asked before, but I was confused about what I need/want.
I would like to build cost effective system that server as NAS and Downloading system.
I taught about the i5-4570s.
My questions it the Max TDP, while it say 65W, what would I expect from it in day2day use ?
Is it a big difference between this one and the Atoms CPU while idle ?
