i5 2500k

i have teh i5 2500k stock and was thinking bout upgrading to teh i7 3770k lga 1155 which i beleive is teh highest end 1155 socket. would i see much diff between teh 2 ? Im also running a 670 and 16 gigs of ram ssd and stuff win 7 64 bit ult.

And what exactly are you running (app, game wise) that you think a 3770k will give you an advantage in???

Its not worth upgrading to the ivy bridge from the sandy bridge if you already have it. You're better off saving the money for the new has well processor coming out soon. Also what motherboard do you have? Its only worth upgrading to ivy bridge if you have a z77 but even then you will get a 10% speed boost.

Whether or not you will see a benefit depends on what you do with your computer. Based on the teenage-like text talk, I doubt you are doing anything that would run faster on a 3770k.
