Not 100% sure, but it seems as thought my i5 is pulling way too little wattage at full load. I max it out during Prim95 and IBT and get a max wattage of ~ 55 watts. My IBT Gflops numbers also seem low. I've been OCed at 4ghz for a year now with good temps.

Any ideas what would cause this?

As Nenu said, how are you getting the processor wattage?

Also, what makes you think 55w is too low? Are you comparing this to the TDP of 95w? If so, that's a very incorrect comparison. TDP does not equate electrical power consumption. TDP is just how much thermal energy the processor needs to be able to dissipate in order to function at accepted specifications. An electrical watt does not equate to a TDP watt.

How are your temps? Maybe it's throttling hence the lower wattage.

Using HWMonitor and running IBT on my i5-2500K at stock settings, It shows IA Core power as 95W. IBT Very High shows a speed GFlops of around 95.

Hope that helps as reference for you.

What voltage are you running the 4GHz OC at? Perhaps you undervolted it and you forgot? I remember running a i5-3570K undervolted but at 4.2GHz and it used quite a bit less than the stated TDP at full load (different CPU but the theory may be the same).
