What do you guys recommend so I can have a completly quiet and cool system

Curretn setup

Athlon64 3200+ 754
Gigabyte K8NS PRO Motherboard
128bit sound blaster
9800 pro 256mb 360 core
Lg DVD burner
1gb crucial ram
19 inch CRT compaq 9500 monitor
Antec truepower 430w power supply
 
How much are you looking to spend, what kind of requirements do you have? Are there space considerations?
