I want to make a cheap new computer as a backup/lan rig...

I want to go xp mobile.

Could someone recommend me the best RAM/CPU/Mobo with good overclocking capabilities for around $350???

NF7-S, Mobile XP, 2x 512 some PC 3200 memory. I know thats vague, but others will help
 
Yeah, I'd say get an NF7-S, a mobile Barton 2500, and 1GB of PC3200 RAM. The mobo and CPU will run you about $150, and the RAM could be as little as $150 or as much as $300, depending on how much you want to spend. The NF7's aren't the king of the heap when it comes to OC'ing the FSB, but you should do at least 200Mhz if not a little more.
