I spilled coffee into my computer case

Probably makes the room smell all mocha-y though.

If this is serious though. . . sorry man! That sucks!

No no.. it's perfectly normal and may even enhance performance. On a side note, I just slammed my truck into a brick wall.. Now it's pulling to the left and smoking like crazy, IS THIS BAD?? HMMMM..
 
turn of computer immediately, remove all parts that *may or may not* have gotten coffe in them. Clean with alcohol (all over..remove the cooler from the video card if necessary...and it probably is). Make sure it's completely dry, and re-install. With any luck it'll still work.
 
Also, some future advice, don't set you coffee on the computer ;)
 
turn off your pc

set it apart

clean it very carfully with cotton pads and very very little water or alcohol

been there, sone that,
 
clean your "coffeed" parts off with CONTACT CLEANER, wait a few minutes for them to dry and re-assemble, should be fine.
