I have just build a server and I am getting random reboots if I have too many things going on. So I look in bios and it shows my voltages are good just a touch over 12V and what not. Once in windows speed fan shows 9.36V on my 12v line is this possible?

I am running dual Athlon MP1900's on a Tyan MPX board, with 6 hd in Raid5, 1 hd for OS, 2 dvdrws, and case fans. Is this too much for my Vantec 520w psu. Is there a reason why I cant use a psu with more that one 12V rail?

I have the sweet 500W Enermax modular psu hanging out waiting for the new gaming rig but I would use it if I could and just get another one. Should I?

I don't think it's the PSU. Get a multimeter, and measure. software is inaccurate. Also, since your board has the p4 connector, you can use dual rail.
