I overclock my CPU but 3dmark0x doesn't run

i overclock to 200fsb with 11x multiplier, run aquamark runs fine, play games runs fine, load up 3dmark01 doesn't intialize, run 3dmark03 doesn't initialize. so i'm confused. what does this mean?

what do you mean by intialize? it wont load? or it will load, u start it up and it wont load etc.?
