I need to buy a new cell

I am on consumer cellular but the video playing on the phone is horrible. I need a phone that will be much faster than a moto bravo (crappy phone). Funny part is 1080p mkv works in moboplayer it stutters allot but does work, but the same video in 720p mkv or 720p avi and mp4 do not work at all (sound no video). I wish iphones were cheaper I hate android.

I would hate Android too if the only experience I had with it was on a 2+ year old phone that wasn't great to begin with. I don't get why you're trying to play videos higher than your displays resolution either. It's retarded to try and play anything over 480x854 on that phone.

You didn't list a budget to buy a new phone with either, so that might help. The best deal for an unlocked phone right now is prolly the Galaxy Nexus which is $350 new and I've seen well below $300 for them used.
