OK. As payment for setting up a computer for some reletives I got to keep their old 333mhz in return. The comp only has 64MB. I installed Redhat Linux 9 just to give it a whirl. Its running slow. I have no idea what kind of memory is in it. I think the computer was built in early 1998.

ID Number 845092114

Serial Number P485012241

Model Number 955

I couldnt find anythin. maybe you guys can help

Thanks in advance

*Edit Its Packard Bell. Ill get a pic of the memory soon

the brand of comp would be good compaq,hp,dell etc...

im gonna assume it was made by a company like the ones listed

Yea sorry I did forget that. Its an old packard bell

its prob running slow because of 64mb of ram or because you have a 2400 and used to that system that happens to me when i use the computers at school
