this is the system i'm building

MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard
Antec Solution SLK1650B Black Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 350W Power Supply
Kingston ValueRAM 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) i ahve heard from so
Leadtek PX6600GT TDH Geforce 6600GT 128MB GDDR3 PCI-Express x16 Video Card
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice Integrated into Chip FSB Socket 939

i was told by some people in here that the powersupply in that case will do good with my machine, becsaue i don't olay on adding anymore harddrives or burners, and will most likely overclock, so what you guys think will that keep my system cool, and not casue any overheating

And will overclock? I'd look elsewhere. It isn't a full ATX12V v2.0 compliant PSU either, so it has the 20-pin main connection.

It probably won't. Give us a price range and we will see what we can come up with for you.

thats to much i can't afford that i have exactly 665 to spend, and i need to find a case adn powersupply that is 80-90bucks :( looks like i'm not gonna find that with my setup huh :( :(

You did say $50 for PSU correct? That first unit I linked to, the Fortron/Sparkle 350w dual 12v, is under $50 with free ground shipping. The Enermax above my post is also below $50.

This one's under $40, but you lose the 120mm fan in the other units I linked to, and no free shipping it looks like: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103498

what if i get that anztec 350watt with the case the one i showed at the begginging of the page, and ond't overclock then will it be enough for my setup,

It may run that without overclocking for a while, yes. Keep in mind it will have a 20 pin ATX connector, and you may need an adaptor. T'would be good to upgrade it as soon as you can though.

so the FSP Group FSP350-60THN 350W LGA775 24-pin 12cm Fan Power Supply,Bulk you mentioned will be enough for my setup even if i overclock?

Yep. Not sure how far you can overclock with it, but you'll be able to do some with it.

Just so you know the PSU I linked actually has dual +12v rails @ a total of 27A. Newegg only lists one of the +12v rails.

Overclocking isn't an exact science. I wouldn't say there's a good, clear "Yes, you'll be able to" or "No, you won't". Some of this will depend on the original poster's choice of RAM, which while stable at stock speeds, will probably be limited in overlcocking potential (Kingston ValueRAM is decent, but it isn't designed for people trying to push their systems).

To the OP, a quality power supply is certainly important in overclocking. If you're on a this tight of a budget, it may be better to decide not to overclock. That said, I'd still want a quality power supply, and good power supplies cost money. I probably wouldn't spend less than $80 myself for a good quality PSU (click here) if for no other reason than that if you buy a less expensive one, the next time you upgrade your system you can plan on buying a new power supply all over again to handle the increased load. If you spend less, it gets harder to find an ATX 2.0 power supply as well, which is what you want.

After checking the `Egg a little, here's models I'd feel comfortable putting in a system for a relative who wanted performance on a budget:

Seasonic S12-330 (about $60+shipping)
Fortron FSP-350 ($55+shipping)

The Fortron is probably a slightly better choice; you get sleeved cables and a slightly higher power rating (both wattage and amperage) for a little less money. I certainly wouldn't spend less than that though, you just won't be getting a product that does what you need over time. The Antec models that come bundled with their cases are okay, but often just won't hold up to what an enthusiast wants to do.

That Fortron unit is the one I had recommended... eWiz has it a bit cheaper. Nice to know Newegg is carrying the 120mm fan version too now though ;)

thx oklahoma wolf and lone wolf you guys have been very helpful, i will most likely get the forton, now i need to get a case that supports that PS under 30bucks lol, i never knew it would be this hard picking out a PS

Most people don't. Glad we could help.

As for the case,
this site is selling the Antec SLK-3000B super cheap without the power supply. It's black, but it's a lot easier to find black drives/peripherals than it used to be, and I think it looks nicer than beige unless you've already got the drives you need.. If you're buying on the cheap, I think steel is a better choice than aluminum since it will usually be stronger. I can't tell you anything about the vendor, I've never used them.

I don;t know much about the airflow in that Antec case. If you are overclocking you may want something different. I have no experience with that Antec case, but I am not sure about the airflow which is important when overclocking. Cooler Master has a nice case just around $50 if you can invest an extra $20.

120mm intake
120mm exhaust
Side panel venting for video cards and CPU

It probably isn't the best setup, but I'll call it competitive. ;)

Is it the best? No...then again, the best is more than double the price. At $30, it's as competetive as it gets. :)

I guess it depends on the 120mm fans you use too. I'd go with a Panaflo low or medium 120 for the rear, and then probably a Vantec Stealth 120mm for the front to keep it cool and quiet...combined with the Fortron's 120mm, should be more than enough airflow. Then again, some people are willing to go with much louder solutions to get higher airflow yet (I'm not). Of course, one 120mm fan is included, so that makes it even more of a bargain.
