I Need help with some HEadphones!

hey
ive been looking around for some decent head phones and have come to these conclusions
im going to either get koss porta pros, sennheiser hd202s, and im still open to suggestions,
not looking to spend more than $35....
also,
i noticed theres a significant differnce in the Impedance, hd202s being 32 ohms and the koss being 60 ohms,
and the Sensitivity for teh hd202's being 115 db and koss' being 101 db
can anyone help me with this
any other head phone suggestions?!
