I need help with PSU

First timer ,i am planing to build a new rig :
e6300
ds3
2 gig memory not sure yet wich one
arctic cooler pro 7
1 hd
2 dvds
7600 gt video card i may upgrade later to 7900gt or x1900xt
I am planning to overclock
i dont want spend more than $80 fpr a psu.
what u thing of these 2 psu's friend of mine send me a link :

I did read lot of the Forum Q&A and i was thinking to get
Enermax whisperII 2.0 EG565P-VE FMA 535 W or
Enhance ENP-5150GH 550W

Any input will be very appreciated

Either of these will be fine, the Enermax is probably the best choice for future upgrade options.
