I Need Everyone's Advice

I don't have much of an attention span. I also tend to have things going on in my life such as work and spending time with my girlfriend so I don't always have time to consistently donate to a game. Despite all this, I have been wanting for awhile to immerse myself into a game when I do have the time. A game that will keep my attention and one that I will enjoy. It doesn't have to be a newer game. It could be one that is a few years old. In fact I prefer something that is a bit more established when it comes to a community and isn't too stressful on the old graphics card. I also would prefer not to have to pay a monthly fee considering I don't know how much I would be able to play at times. I like fantasy. I like RPGs however I am open to most anything. I would like to meet some new friends that I can play and keep in contact with. I have played WOW on and off but I just loose interest in it and tend not to get very far. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I have given thought to Dungeon Siege or Neverwinter Nights but I am unsure....
 
Try The Witcher or Oblivion, and my girlfriend loves all the Dungeon Siege games.
