I need advice, please help.

hey guys,

I in need of a graphics card upgrade badly. I want to stick with ATI. Heres my current system specs, please give me some advice.

ic7-max 3, 2.6c p4.
2 x 256mb pc3200 corsair xms
2 36.7gb wd raptors in raid 0
radeon 9500 non pro = bought it a year ago or so..

my current 3dmark01 is 12733

I read some where about soft modding a powercolor radeon 9800 se then doing a vmod to it to act as a 9600 xt.

Any sugestions are greatly apreciated. I think that my current graphcis card is the bottle neck of my system.

why you want to take a risk with 9800se?

buy 9800pro its not to expensive now

cool, so should I go for the 9800 pro from powercolor, hoping to get a xt pcb?

Sweet, orderd mine today with standard shipping. Cant wait to use it. Been playing BFV and notice my graphics card is up to par anymore.

I did some tweaking in the bios....

and was able to improve my 3dmark01 by 1000 points.

13356 with a radeon 9500 (non-pro)

my fsb is factory default.

im using corsair 3200 xms 2 - 3 - 2 -6 @ 2.6 v what should i crank the fsb up to that would be safe to run?
