I need a fan as big and thin as I can get. 120 x 20, 120 x 15, even 140 x something. Anybody got any ideas?

I don't know of any "Thin" fans over 80mm. I do know there are alot of them that are 80mmx10mm. If you look at www.digikey.com they may have some. but for computers I think your limited to 80mm. the ones at Digikey will be 12volt and you will have to put on your own connector but if they have the size you want then they will work fine, just make sure to get the 12volt ones as they also sell 24volt and 5 volt.
