I need a download utility with resume feature

I'm looking for a download utility that will simply let me stop and restart downloads without opening multiple connections like download accelerator plus.

I simply need the resume feature.

I have DirecWay Satellite and it has the FAP guard on it and I am trying to download Lineage2 which is a 1gig download.

I used to have DirecPC, which was the 1-way satellite. DirecWay was shortly introduced right after however the hardware was about $900. Ripoff? Yes.

I dont know how you stand it, I couldnt stand it. I went back to 56k because despite 40kb/sec downloads, the websites loaded 3x slower than a 56k for me. Gotta love my cable now.
