I need a template for a BIP2 rad. Does anyone know where I can download one? I have found differing fan templates, but I cannot find any for radiators.

OK let me get this straight you want to find out the spec so that you can cut your port holes for the rad or the fans positions? More info pls

I think he wants a paper diagram of the rad, so he can precut holes before he orders or whatnot..... I did the same thing, and actually used my kids legos, lol.... So i've still got a same size lego box as the BIPII...

For you, just read the specs of it from www.dangerdenstore.com, then measure the specs onto a piece of paper, or tagboard for a more sturdy template, cut, and fold...

I highly suggest you wait until you get the rad before cutting holes in your case.

The rad is actually in use at the moment in another case. I can mod the new case and have it ready before I pull my only working machine apart.

Here's what I did and it worked perfectly.

I got a BIP3 in the mail, I taped a legal sized sheet of paper to it, and held it up to a light. I then used a marker and put dots at all the corners, and filled in the mounting holes with marker too. I then used a ruler to connect the dots.

I cut it out and made a perfectly sized template. I then taped that onto my case, and started out using a dremel to cut. That last 10 seconds. I got my jigsaw out, and with a bi-metal blade, made nice cuts all around. From there, I used a metal file and a dremel sanding cylinder to deburr the edges.

The rad and fans fit perfectly.

I'll do that if I have to, but like i said, the radiator is actually IN use currently. I KNOW there is a template like the one above, I just have to find it.
