I need a bay device

I need a bay device that occupies no more than 2 5.25" bays and can control fans and cathodes/aux lighting. I'm nust sure if cathodes can be operated by a variable voltage device. If they can that makes it easier. Requirements:

must be black, must look modern (no huge toggle switches), andeasy to use.

Help me out!
 
Sunbeam Rheobus will power cathodes and 2-3 fans per channel with ease. Comes in black, and takes up 1 bay.
