Dell UltraSharp U2410 Monitor or HP ZR24w. I'll let you guys make my decision. I'm leaning toward the HP for price and I really like my HP LP1965. I'm concerned with the black levels on the HP.

Black levels are even worse on the U2410. You won't find a 16:10 IPS with even average blacks without spending 2,000$. My vote goes to the Asus PA246q Review for the faster response time and less aggressive AG coating (/dirty/sparkly whites and light colors) which the HP/Dell have. Black levels are the same as the U2410, but the blacks are all terrible anyway, the less aggrssive AG makes up for it.

MVA 24mgx3 if you can somehow find one.
ZR24w I don't like the asus bezel
Pa246q I still like it more than the glittery dell
u2410 a fine display, just try to stick with dark backgrounds whenever possible.

If the red stripe on the bezel is the only thing you dislike about the ASUS, a black Sharpie can fix that.

asus pa246q is the best.

HP have cheaper panel, and slow responsive times, and have banding issues in dark gradients.
Dell use aggressive coating and is not better as quality of asus
MVA panels are all too slow.

I have not seen the asus in person, but in the pictures the bezel appears to be rather large in general and thicker on the bottom. I suppose as a single monitor this would not be a problem though, so go ahead and move the asus to #2 in this case.

Check out the MVA I mentioned, it may surprise you...of course you still won't be able to find one, but that's no reason to write off the tech entirely. I actually think the benqs listed above might be MVA iirc, but they are also only 16:9, if the OP is not dead set on 16:10 they're a solid option.
