Ok, I replaced my RAM, I now used Kingston HyperX Dual channel 1 gig...

So, my clocks are 2.5 - 3 - 3 - 6 at a frequency of 200mhz, is that normal? Its PC3200, I thought PC3200 ran at 400mhz? Is this preventing me from OC'ing past 3.51ghz stable?
 
The frequency of 200mhz is what it's supposed to be. It's DDR (double data rate) RAM, so you multiply your FSB by 2. So 200x2=400mhz.
