I tried overclocking my athlon 64 3200+ a little far... it then corrupted a system file....

it wont let me do anything in the bios, it just freezes. and it wont boot to the CD-rom so i can repair it. anyone know how i can reset the bios without having to open my cases and doing it by hand

Clearing the Jumper by hand sounds like your only option..

most likely windows isn't really corrupted, and you'll be able to boot once you reset your bios to stable settings.

i got it working...

i set it to 2260 with 1.6volts(really running at 1.584)

and the ddr is sent to 2.5-3-3-6 i think with 2.6volts
