Selected do not email me about these thread but it still does! wtf?
 
I believe e-mail notifications are set on a per-thread basis, so if you had the subscription setting configured to automatically subscribe you to a thread with e-mail notifications in the past, any subscriptions from that time will still send you e-mails.

What you'll need to do is go here: http://hardforum.com/subscription.php

Select all the threads you want to stop getting e-mails about, scroll to the bottom of the page, pick "No email notification" from the drop-down menu, and click the Go button.
