I just bought this mouse.

Not bad, I had the lachesis for about a week and returned it and got a g5. Those are way better imo.

Logitech G5 ?

I have a Logitech VX revolution notebook mouse its madd small from when I had my MBP its really nice mouse 2.4GHz wireless mouse works wonders its just really small and dumb looking with a huge 32inch monitor and a gaming PC it just doesnt work well it was great for on the go and what not but I need something diffrent.

You can't compare your notebook mouse to the g5. I'm huge a comfortable mouse with good specs and the g5 has it all. It lets to preset different sensitivites so if you want to use a sniper rifle for some situations you can just lower the sensititivty at a the touch of a button. It also comes with set of weights so can adjust the weight of you mouse to what you feel comfortable with. Its just my personal choice.

I am not sure on US pricing, but I would have thought that you can get that mouse cheaper elsewhere. I third the G5 recommendations, mainly because I have a Rev. 2 one sitting right in front of me. But, ideally, and I say this to everyone who asks, you really need to go and try the mice out for yourself.

Looks pretty solid for the price. I swear by the G9, it's improved my gaming quite a bit. May be a placebo effect, but I used to game on a wireless 800 DPI, and the G9 has I think 2400 DPI so I can spin around faster (love FPS games) if I want to and lower the sensitivkty with the push of a small button for sniping situations.
