I-Inc 28 lcd $400

Not sure I'd touch that with a 10 foot pole ...... I'll wait for someone to buy it and review it. At least it's only $369 though.
 
Same Panel as the Hanns-G 281DB and 281DJB. I have the Hann-G 28" and it crapped out on me in 4 months. It sounded like it was going to blow up when I turned it on one morning. The internal components was popping like firecrackers. I would advise you stay away from this cheap junk. Hehehe.
