I want to put a new CPU/MB/RAM in. I want to keep this program on new system will I be able too? I look in the folder on my com,puter it doesn't have a unistall option. I don't want to subscribe to Adobe for their products.

What would the best approach for me to save this program?

You can install it on multiple PCs without problems, and the installers can be downloaded directly from Adobe in your account. There is no need to uninstall the product first. Some Adobe products have an activation limit, but you can manage which machines are activated with your license code through your profile on Adobe's website.
 
I logged into my Adobe ID acct no prodsucts listed. I tried and entered my 24 # serial number and I got invalid number error message.
 
I got it I just deactivated it on machine I wasn't using and activated it on my other machine
