I have a missing profile and Outlook PST file in Drive C

I have this guy's computer, who first start w/ "User profile service fail to logon....." so he can't logon. So I go thru these steps from microsoft

and it didn't work

So, now all I care is to look for the Outlook.pst file and restore the computer and strangely, there is no PST file eventhough I scan for hidden files

I found the above from microsoft but even if the profile is missing, there should still be a PST file sitting in the hard drive somewhere, and yet it's not there

can any1 help?
