i have a dilema

i play alot of game and i love taking pictures..

i'd like a 6800GT 128MB

or

a 4-5 MP digi camera

the 6800GT would cost $500 after taxes

and the

Digi camera (Sony) I would like to keep under $300 - or even $250...

i have $1750 to spend and i'm stumped...

from that $1750 THAT I HAVE, i'm also planning on taking a PC REPAIR COURSE...

i'm stumped..

help...

PC repair course..? are you serious? I think you can learn more from this forum..

I agree. You could save your money for the pc repair course and just check out these forums for an hour or so a day and learn MUCH more then they would ever teach you.

Also buy another cheap computer (sub $200) and use it for other OS's so you can learn that. We can help you as you go along.

Forget the PC Repair course. Go to barnes and nobles and read some books. Then get junk computer parts and put together and take apart it a few times.....

dont get me wrong, i've been with PC's since 92 and i can take them apart and put em back together in minutes, but the course comes with an A+ Cert..

how much does an A+ Cert course cost anyways ?

When it comes to certs, the course isn't the main cost; the test is.

A lot of places will even let you take the course for free, but you'll probably spend a couple hundred bucks on the test.

My high school even offered classes on Win2k Professional and Server. I took the classes just because I like playing with stuff, and I could have gotten an MCSE, but I couldn't afford the test. (That, and an MCSE isn't all that amazing anymore, either.)
