Being 6'5", I have a big head! :p

I think I might wear like a Size 8 1/4 hat...



I was just wondering if most headphones would fit on my head?

Whoa, you do have a big head :p . I would say yes, if you get a pair that is of higher quality. My head is 7 1/4 and I use the second notch on my headphones and it goes up to 10 notches (that is huge too, probably a lot bigger than your head).
 
Best bet is decide on the headphones you want, then try them out at a local store.
 
Grado's will fit anyone's head... it's insanely adjustable. And they pwn Zalman.
