I've had it w/the pos cable modem from my provider so I decided to get a new one on my own. Was looking at the Motorola Surfboard but not sure on what model to get and wanted to get my fellow [H]er's opinions.Play alot of games(pc and 360) and just surfing the net if that helps. Thanks
 
docsis compatible cable modems are all the same. Nothing will make it faster, better, or otherwise more desirable, lest they vendor adds something, like a router.
